Have you changed your e-mail address lately? If you have, and you are
registered to use the Fund’s web site, we need to know your current e-mail
address.
It is especially important for us to know your address in the event you
forget your username or password. When you click on the “Forgot password?” or
“Forgot user name?” links, an e-mail is automatically sent to the e-mail address
we have on record for your web account. So, if you haven’t updated your e-mail
address, the message will be sent to your old address. You may never get it and
we may never know you didn’t get it.

If you are the designated web site administrator for your agency or medical
provider, you have the ability to edit e-mail addresses for any additional user
account you created. Go to “Tools” and then “View Authorized Users.” Select the
user and edit the e-mail address entry.
