If your organization designated you as their Web site Administrator, you can view your organization’s EOBs and bill status information in the secure area of the State Insurance Fund's web site, and you have the ability to add and delete individual users within your organization.
Adding a new user
When you add a user, the user will be able to view your organization's EOBs and bill status information using their personal user name and password. To add a user, you need to have the individual's:
- preferred user name
- first and last name
- e-mail address
- telephone number
To add a user, log-in and select "Manage Users" from the Tools drop down menu. Select "Add a New User" and enter the requested information. If you have access to multiple provider numbers, you can add or delete users for any or all provider numbers you have access to. Place a check in the box next to the provider (or providers) you want the user to access. Select "Create" to add the new user. The new user will receive an e-mail with their user name and password within a few minutes.
Modifying a user

Make the changes you desire and select "Update". You can add or delete a user's access to specific provider numbers by checking and un-checking the box next to the provider's number and name.
Deleting a user
When you delete a user, the individual will be denied further access to your organization's information on the web site.
