Medical Fee Schedule

Effective March 15, 2007            

The Idaho Industrial Commission has adopted a medical fee schedule based on Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) and the Relative Value Unit (RVU) for all medical services with a Physicians’ Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) code.
