About this section
This information is written for injured employees of policyholders insured by the State Insurance Fund.
Its purpose is to present a summary of the workers compensation system and benefits available. Many of the subjects presented cannot be covered in their entirety, and excerpts from the law are not complete in some cases.
Anyone who wants a complete listing of the workers compensation laws should consult Idaho Code.
