Policyholders: How to register
To view information in the secure area of the web site, you need to be
registered. To register, you will need:
- A Personal Identification Number (PIN) issued by the State Insurance Fund
(allow 3-5 business days for processing)Request a PIN

A user name and password (allow 15 minutes for processing) Request a user name and password

Your policy number. Policy numbers are on statements, payroll reports and other
correspondence from the State Insurance Fund.
Personal Identification Number (PIN)
PINs are sent via postal mail to the address we have on file for the
policyholder. PIN requests will generally be sent within one business day.
Expect 3-5 additional days for mail time.
Request a PIN
User name and password
User names and initial passwords are e-mailed to the e-mail address provided on
the request form. E-mails are automatically generated and will usually arrive
within 15 minutes of the request. The subject line of the e-mail is Account
Created.
Request a user name and password
Policy number
Your policy number is located on your policy information page, and also on most
correspondence from the State Insurance Fund, including invoices and payroll
reports. Information for canceled policies is not available on the web site.
Initial log-in
Once you have the information outlined above, go to our home page and select
"Policyholder Log-in". Log in with the user name and password supplied to you.
At this time, you will be required to change your password. Once you change
your password, you will be asked to enter the policy number and the PIN. If you
enter all of this information correctly, your policy information screen will be
displayed.
Subsequent log-in
During the initial log-in process, your user name is registered to your policy
number. Once you are registered to a policy number, you can log in with just
your user name and password.
About electronic payments
You will not be able make an electronic payment the first time you log into the web site. The “Online Payment” button will be available to you the day after you become a registered user. You are not a registered user until you make your initial log-in.
