When to call your agent or your underwriter

Any of the following can have an impact on your workers compensation policy. Be sure to call your agent or your underwriter if:
- The ownership of the business changes
- There are significant changes in your work force
- The legal structure of your business changes--i.e. from a partnership to a corporation, etc.
- Your business operations change
- Your payroll significantly increases or decreases
- The business address changes
- You add, delete or change a location
- You buy a new business, or become a partner in another business
- You sell an existing business
You should also call your underwriter or your agent if you have any questions about your:
- Statement or balance due
- Policy classification codes or rates
