To use our e-check service, you must:
- Be a registered web site user. How to register.
- Have a checking or savings bank account. No debit or credit cards accepted.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You can not register to use the web site, log into the web site and make an e-payment on the same day. It may take three to four days to receive your PIN for your registration. The "Online Payment" button will be available to you the day after you become a registered user. You are not a registered user until you make your initial log-in.
