State Insurance Fund representatives are available to meet with you at your place of business to discuss a variety of issues related to your policy.

New policy review

Field service representatives can meet with new policyholders to review the policy. A new policy review is a one-on-one review of the most common provisions of your workers compensation policy.  The review includes a discussion of your class code(s), payment plan, due dates, certificates of insurance, payroll reporting, Experience Modification (if applicable), and any related questions you may have.  If you are new to workers compensation or new to the State Insurance Fund, a new policy review can be very beneficial. To schedule an appointment for a new policy review, call your agent or the number shown on the left and ask for the field service representative assigned to your location.

Renewal visits

Field service representatives can meet with current policyholders for a renewal visit. A renewal visit is an opportunity to review any changes that will occur when your policy automatically renews on your renewal date.  A renewal visit will inform you in advance of any changes to the rates or Experience Modification associated with your policy.  During the renewal visit, we will also make sure that the class codes assigned to your policy are still appropriate and make note of any other changes in your business that may impact your workers compensation policy. Loss prevention visits

Risk management consultants routinely conduct field visits to selected policyholders. Policyholders wanting additional visits or with specific loss prevention needs may call the number shown on the left and ask for the risk management consultant assigned to their location.

Claim reviews

Our examiners are available to meet with you in person to discuss claim related issues. To schedule an appointment, call the number shown on the left and ask to speak with your claims examiner.
