Certificates of Insurance
There are several ways to get a certificate of insurance to show proof of meeting your workers’ compensation insurance obligation.
- If you have an agent representing you, feel free to contact them for your certificate needs. They will be able to coordinate certificates across all lines of insurance they handle for you.
- Log in to create and send your own with our self-service option. Registered policyholders can log in to create and send their own certificates of insurance. The feature puts you in control. Input your information and that of the recipient, including a required mailing address, and create the certificate. Download as a PDF document and send out by the method you desire. You’ll have access to this certificate if you need a duplicate or to modify the mailing address or renew it for another policy period. Not registered yet? - Have SIF send one for you. Complete the Certificate of Insurance Request Form with your policy information and that of the requestor and SIF will send the certificate for you. Have all your information handy, including policy number and a mailing address for the certificate recipient before you begin.
