Actuary

We are currently seeking a motivated Actuary who can independently execute while aligning with broader organizational goals!

This position is responsible for working with policyholders’ services, claims and finance leadership in support of rate reviews, industry group analyses, reserving and other analytics functions.  This position also partners with outside vendors to produce sound predictive models that support claims and pricing.

Underwriting Manager

We are currently seeking an Underwriting Manager to join our Policyholder Services Leadership team!

As an Underwriting Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of supervisors to achieve profitability and sustainable growth for SIF’s underwriting operations.  Additionally, you will be accountable for formulating and executing strategies to enhance new business acquisition, policy retention, and renewal performance, based on a comprehensive assessment of the company’s risk appetite.  In conjunction with Business Development leadership, this position will ensure consistency in strategy and approach to agent relations.
